"WARNING! This office signed my girlfriend up for an additional policy without her signature, permission, or knowledge. They waited months to send a bill to try to make it seem like it was too late to do anything about it. We suspect that one of the agents committed fraud in this office and have reported it to the FBI tip line."

"A specific agent, by the name of Richard Baker, was absolutely phenomenal, as he helped me, get the insurance that I needed, to get a vehicle, I had just bought, from ByRider, there in Kalamazoo, also a wonderful place, on the road and back to my independence. The whole experience was fantastic. Richard was so helpful. He answered all my questions, took care of all the paperwork that needed to be done, and he did it with a wonderful demeanor, and the most positive attitude.
